adams deep thoughts

Does anyone know this? Does anyone care anymore? What are the people on this earth thinking on a daily basis? I have pondered this many times and that is what started me on this blog. I am so exasperated on the idea that I think the people on this planet just don’t care anymore about living in peace and without greed and all the sin we are forced to deal with. Temptation,lust, it seems to have infiltrated every aspect of living. The people, especially in our country, are out of sync. We are all clueless to what the world needs. People have still been facing the same issues that have existed through the years. Discrimination of all kinds, political corruption and restraints by society are just three murmurs of our problems.
The earth and its people are sick. Sex-slave trade, corrupt governments, entertainers with false values in the limelight, corrupt corporations, materialism running rapant, commercials to entice and rot the mind, sports role models commiting crimes and setting bad examples by acting hanestly. Where is the good, I can go on and on. The rainforests, famine,religoius persecution, people starving all over the world. Children who do not have a pair of shoes. That boggles my mind that in 2008 we cannot put a pair of shoes on every person who needs and wants them.
I hope people would wake up and realize we are so oblivious to the big picture. We can be gone at any time. The problems need to go away, not multiply. Everyone here deserves the right to be happy and live in a peaceful and tranquil life, whether in a remote village or in the hectic cities. Things need to change, but will they.
